8702 steps yesterday.  Yesterday afternoon I was at the kitchen sink and turned and reached for something and that twisting motion sent a sharp pain from my right knee.  It did not like twisting at all.  It didn't seem to bother me walking a bit later but I decided to kind of take it easy after that.  Seems OK this morning.
Barbara, it looks like it is just you and me here anymore.  We haven't heard from Rocky for a long time and CCD doesn't post here anymore either.  It would be nice to have some company.

I'm still here, but we have company this week . . . one set of kids is here from Durango. All is well - just otherwise occupied.

I'm still here too, but guess I get a tad lazy about posting.  My trip to the grocery store only earned me 3500 steps as this was a small list day at the store.

Hey Grammabear, there are a lot of days I don't get that many steps. Just do what you can and share with us.  :)

Well, since I have a daily exercise routine it doesn't make sense to write it everyday. Whenever I break the routine, I write about it, like I've been writing about my runs lately.

Today I did a walk/run/climb routine on the TM. When I do that I like to measure it in terms of degree of difficulty. If I do a plain walk at 0 incline, I consume 50 calories per km. So today I used up 150 calories in 1.5 km & therefore like to think as if I've walked 3 kms today (till now). BTW that's about 4K steps.

7337 steps yesterday.  I had plans to end the week with a roar but ended up with more of a whimper but I did manage to get 7K and so I met my goal each day of the week.  I try at times to quicken my pace but it is a lot harder to do now than it was a couple of years ago.

Did the distance run today. Stats are something like this

660 metres / 5 minutes / 800 steps / speed 8 km/hr

This was just the one continuous run, and then the rest of the routine as well.

9512 steps yesterday, 3.75 miles for my little short legs or  6.035  kilometer.  I started out feeling a bit sore and stiff so I just wanted to try and get to 7K but surprised myself.

5,821 steps yesterday.

Great improvement.

I did 700 metres single run today and shaved off 47 seconds from my 2 km timing.
The exercise I find the toughest and enjoy the most is sit-up from a reverse incline, where my body is at 45 degrees or more incline with the head at the low end and the knees higher.

8054 steps yesterday.  I had to work to get that far.  Sometimes my legs just don't want to go along with what I want to do.
SKB, I wish I could do sit-ups but it is just not happening.

I didn't feel like doing much today, so I took things a bit easy. Even so I did my 2 km TM warm up with 1400 metres of running mixed in. And the the other routine exercises.
