7486 steps yesterday.  I was doing quite well in the morning and had made it to 6K by noon but then we had visitors and I got otherwise occupied.  Well, at least I made 7K.

Today 970 mtrs (1200 steps).

Finally, managed the 1 km single run. Mind you, a run is much faster than a jog. After a 1000 steps I forgot the step count and concentrated on the distance meter. From here I set my new goal as 2km in a single run.

3864 steps yesterday.  For some reason my hip started to bother me and I haven't had a problem with it for a long time.  Seems OK this morning so I'm not sure what that means.  Change in the weather ?

Exercise wise, quite a routine day. Nothing much to report.
You guys have jumped up from 3-4 k to 8-9 k and that is very inspiring.

5737 steps yesterday.  I just got busy doing other things and gave myself a break.  My hip seems to be OK so I'm not sure what was going on.  I was out walking earlier and all seems good so back to work.

7685 steps yesterday.  My back started to give me trouble around Noon so I took it easy for a couple of hours but it got better later on.  It seems like it is always something.

It does indeed . . . at our age it's always something!

You'll are doing great.  The way I look at it - no matter the distance - at least we're moving and not concentrating on being a couch potato.  :)

Today, I brought this down to 7:25.

Sort of repeated this @ 7:27, but at that time I had completely forgotten that I had done the 7:25 and was quite ecstatic.

5837 steps yesterday.  I really enjoy walking when things don't hurt but when it is painful like yesterday it is no fun.  Maybe better today.
