Today, I brought this down to 7:25.
Sort of repeated this @ 7:27, but at that time I had completely forgotten that I had done the 7:25 and was quite ecstatic.

I managed 7:25 again today. I was running at 11.5 and should have managed a better time, but botched up the walk/run mix and ended up with 7:25. Tomorrow I will try again.

8096 steps yesterday.  Shopping helped raise my numbers a bit.  I felt better and that helped a lot.

7:13 minutes for the km, running for 800 mtrs @ 11.5 km/hr. Very happy. I will try to better it, but it's going to take time. I'll have to really stretch myself.

7,799 steps yesterday. Taking it a bit easy so as not to stir up any knee problems.

6536 steps yesterday.  I laid down in the afternoon just to rest for a bit and I crashed.  Two hours later I woke up.  I had slept OK the night before so just tired I guess but it did kind of cut into my time.  I must have needed it though.

I did the same thing just now . . . had lain down on the sofa this morning & totally crashed. Now it's after 1pm! But no sign of DH, so he must be staging a 'catch-up' too! Hope he gets up soon, because we need to go to town . . . running out of milk & cream.

5280 steps yesterday.  I was not feeling very well.  My gut was rumbling and I had to make a lot of trips to the potty.  I didn't feel nauseous but I didn't feel good.  Today it seems like all is OK so I'm not sure what was going on.

7,931 steps yesterday. Still taking it easy, low back and knees are trying to rebel so not giving them the chance.  :)

Did you eat something (usually chocolates, sometimes ice cream) with an artificial sweetener called "maltitol". That is usually the prime suspect.

8249 steps yesterday.  I don't know what was going on Saturday but I was fine yesterday.  No SKB, I don't eat chocolates or ice cream and I don't think I have anything with malitol but that is interesting.  It could well be something I ate but I don't know what it was.  OK now though.
