7350 steps yesterday.  In the afternoon I laid down to rest for "just a few minutes" and woke up two hours later.  I am actually surprised that I made it to 7K but it felt good so maybe needed.

Wally, sometimes we just have to listen to our body. If it says nap, then nap it is!  :)

7443 steps yesterday.  Well, I did it again.  I just lie down for a bit to give my back a rest and next thing I know 2 hours have gone by.  My Fitbit knows and records the time I sleep.  It is really kind of amazing how well this new model recognizes when you are sleeping.

Was up early so I did my full 1 hr workout today. That includes 2 km of walk, climb, run on the TM, some weights and some free exercises. A bit wobbly after that but hope to repeat this tomorrow.

Wally, I forgot which model fitbit you have currently?

8918 steps yesterday.  No nap so a little more time walking.
Grammabear, I have the new Charge 3 Fitbit now.  There was nothing wrong with the Alta HR I had but sometimes I just can't help myself when something new arrives.

Wally - how does this device charge?  Is it a special cord or charging station?  Does it require frequent charging?  I am assuming it is always worn on the wrist?

The Alta and the Charge 3 both charge with a cord that plugs into a USP port.  You could use an AC adapter used for charging a phone but it is smaller than a phone and charges quite well plugged into a computer for about an hour.  The charge on both last for about 5 days but I usually plug mine in when having my morning coffee and going through my email and the news.  Yes, both of these are worn on the wrist.  They also have a time display so it is a watch also.

Didn't do my errands today, got sidetracked doing laundry and going through clothes to donate.
