My experience with kidney stones is that they aren't painful unless they start moving. When they're moving, it's excruciating. If I never have another one, it'll be too soon.  :'(

skb

Yes I know that but I'm wondering why they didn't bother me while growing into those monoliths.

I guess they were just sitting there growing - not moving. I never had any signs of kidney stones either, until they started moving.

skb

Agreed. What I was wondering was why they didn't tend to move when they were 2-3 mm in size ? I have been very active the past few years, never had any indication that they were around somewhere, sneaking up on me.

Weekends the Zoomba class is shut so I have to walk in the mornings to cover up. I covered 12 rounds of the park today. Each round is something like 300 mtrs. So about 3.5 kms.  ;D

I live on the 7th floor of a building. Today I introduced walking/running up the flight of stairs. 3-4 floors were fine. After that it was difficult but I did it. I want to add this to my routine and do it 2-3 times a day at least.

Today is a sunday and I don't go to the gym, maybe i can take up this challenge. Sounds good.

Starsign thanks to you I climbed 16 floors yesterday. Not all of them together but at different times, different sites. Plenty of work though.  ;D

This Sat / Sun, I didn't do any exercise. Just rested, lazed and watched TV  ;)

I'm happy that my suggestion helped, though I like sweety didn't do much. AJ and I took post dinner walks at the seafront on both Saturday and Sunday. But today I diligently worked on TM.

That's a lot of indoor walking bigskygal. Do you have designated times or this is just random ?
My workouts are going great. Cycling, walking, running, skipping et al.
