Bigskygal,
You are very consistent in your workouts. The rest of us are like 9 pins, dropping now and again. But it is 2017 and I have resolved to make some changes. Started today, a bit slowly though. I did 15 minutes on the Treadmill & 15 minutes on the Bike. Hope to improve on this.  ;D

Only made 3,885 steps yesterday.  Cat in lap  ~ cat ~ and I fell asleep in the recliner and didn't wake up until after midnight. Oh well, that's the way it goes sometimes.  :)

Much better bigskygal. I tried to do a little more on my machines, but haven't been able to do so. Something or the other always requires urgent attention. But I have been keeping up with the 15 minutes TM/bike routine.

Go for it Rocky!!  Sometimes when one is off for a while you really have to push to get back in the groove.

I managed a 2 km walk/jog on the treadmill today after a long time. Didn't do the bike as I had to shower and run for some errands. But, maybe I'll give it another go in the evening.

You are right. The absence makes it more difficult to get on board where you left off. But I did go yesterday and did some few things. Sarge was not there and that was a relief. Didn't want a dressing down.  ;)
