6507 steps yesterday which was a bit of a surprise.  Getting up every hour and walking at least 250 steps helps.  I try to do as much more than 250 as I can each time.  Still wearing the knee brace and it helps but I still have problems at times.

I had some office work to do yesterday. Even so, I managed to do some mall hopping yesterday for some clothes. I'm sure I did that many steps, maybe more. The silver lining was that my size keeps dropping. Feels good, but pinches the pocket as well.  ;D

5180 steps yesterday so keeping up to my 5K goal but not much more.  Hip is good, knee not so good.  Follow up appointment with my orthopedic doctor is in September so I will probably wait until then before looking into a solution.

Office is keeping me busy this week. I've skipped gym for the past 2 days. Maybe I'll be able to make it today.

6176 steps yesterday.  Keeping ahead of my present goal but I would like to see an improvement.  I guess the best thing to do is to just keep plugging on.

7,352 steps yesterday.  When I got home from dinner I knew I was going to be in trouble bg wise so I walked and walked a lot and drank a lot of water!

When I had started out on my LC journey I was experimenting a lot with my BG and tested for a lot of variables. I used exercise as one of the factors to drop BG in the immediate time frame and it did work. One thing to remember though, the nutritive resources do get partitioned and 60% does go to storage (40% to immediate consumption) whether we like it or not. But, these are general guidelines and not set in stone.

7693 steps yesterday which is quite good for me.  Running errands at town and a 2K steps at Walmart helped my total.  2K in less than an hour is quite good for me right now and I was tired when I got home but after a short rest I felt good.
I find it interesting that exercise has never shown any difference in bg for me but I believe it may be due to the type of exercise.  Walking at a moderate rate (106-108 steps/min.) is my regular form of exercise and I think that does not affect my bg.  More intense forms of exercise like running (not going to happen) or weight training may be quite different.

7319 steps yesterday so over 7K for two days in a row.  That is an improvement and I am happy that I feel good this morning.  It seems like a very long time to return to "normal" and sometimes I wonder if I will ever be back to where I was but it is encouraging to see some progress.
