My psoriasis started long before my diagnosis for diabetes so I can believe it may have something to do with bringing the diabetes on, or maybe what causes one also causes the other.  On the other hand, I have no way to associate its clearing up with reduced blood sugar because when it started to clear my bg was actually getting worse.  I really would like to be able to say that getting my bg under control cleared up my psoriasis but I can't.  It does remain a puzzle to me and while I don't know why it cleared up but am thankful it did.  I just wish I had an explanation so it could help others.     
Type 2 since 1993.  Control with LCHF diet.
