Hi Rocky,

We get our blood work done every 3 - 6 months. That comes as a package from one of the service providers here. The collection takes place at home and so does the delivery of the reports (also by email). There are 84 tests in the package that we opt for. Most areas get covered in these tests, such as, A1c/avg BG, Lipid Profile, CBC, Liver Panel, Kidney Panel, Some Hormones, Toxins. and a bunch of some more. We pay for the tests on our own as Insurance doesn't cover for them. The cost is around US $ 32.00 per head.

You might want to ask for a vitamin D test.  Recently my kidney doctor ordered this test for me to check the vitamin D level.  I had been taking a vitamin D supplement for over 5 years.  Turns out my level was near toxicity and the kidney doctor lowered the dose of the vitamin D supplement.  I don't get much sunlight, so your situation might be different.
