Welcome to the forum.  Our forum is new, but there are a number of people with years of experience in dealing with diabetes.  We hope you will visit again.

Welcome you have just joined a group of fellow diabetics that will be happy to share our experiences and knowledge on any questions you may have.  To get started could you tell us more about yourself as it relates to diabetes?  What medications are you taking?  What was you most recent A1c?  What did you doctor and/or diabetic educator tell you to do to control your blood sugars.   Do you have a test meter for blood sugar and if you do, how often do you test.  etc. etc.

With this perspective we can give you our experiences related to what you are going through....

maybe you are having some doubts n questions abt the lchf n that is why you dont want to talk, but believe me it works like magic
i had the same kind of questions in my mind when i got here
in less than 2 months i had numbers i could not hv imagined
do read n post a lot, it will help you
