12-16  5.1%.  6/18 5.3%.  6/19  5.7%.  6/20 5.7%.  7/21 5.2%.  8/22 5.5%. 7/23 6%. 7/24 6.8%.
Off meds 3/15, diet controlled.  Minimal exercise.

Happy New Year everyone.
AJ recorded 118 this morning. There were some excesses for the NYE party. We were invited by a friend to his getaway in the hills. Some wine, dine & music. The cake was irresistible.

79 this partly cloudy, cold morning. 85 (4.71) at bedtime last night.

It got all the way up to 16°F (-8.88°C) today, tonight's low is predicted to be -6°F (-21.11°C).  ~shvr~    No snow in forecast.

My MIL turns 60 in March so we are planning to surprise her with a trip somewhere. My daughter turns 2 in February. I also turn 36 in March. My plan is to send kids to school and sleep all day! :)

112 this morning.  Weather is downright depressing what with cloudy conditions, fog so thick you cannot see across the yard and no sunshine.  But tomorrow is another day and one can hope for better conditions.

74 (4.1) this cold partly cloudy morning,  78 (4.32) at bedtime last night.

Still very cold.  A couple of ski resorts have closed because of the wind chill factor on the top of the hills.  tonight's low predicted -8°F (-22.22°C) and tomorrow night -13°F (-25°C).

My goodness, below zero temperature are just too cold for anyone - man or beast.  Stay warm if possible.
