Fasting BG 2017

Woke up to a surprising 122 and realised that i had my dinner late towards midnight. Checked again after dropping kids to school. 105. Not bad. Am eating much better now but still my timings need to be better.

I have my birthday this month. 22nd. Will turn 36. I always used to think 40 was really old!

133 this morning probably because I ate a late dinner too.

Today is cold here at 21 deg F but the wind is calm.  It should be a good day for grocery shopping.

78 (4.32) this morning.  My, what a good boy I must have been last night.   
Today is supposed to be the warmest of the week and then a cold front is arriving starting late tomorrow with a 90% chance of rain Sunday and even a chance of some snow Sunday night.  Then it is all out of here and starting Monday warming back up. 
I don't have anywhere I have to be today.   
That is becoming rare and I am going to enjoy it !

81 (4.49) again this mostly clear morning, 83 (4.6) at bedtime last night.

High today was 51°F (10.55°C) warmest day of the year so far.  Tomorrow is grocery shopping day here.  I have been waiting for the mud on my dirt road to dry up some.

113 today morning. Sometimes the temperature units C/F confuse me.
We are at 39^oC during the day, which is 102.2^oF.

Do we need to add a temperature converter to our BG converter?

It might not hurt to add a temp. converter.  I have a website bookmarked that has conversions for about everything and usually try to post both versions because I know how confusing it can be.  Not everyone will do that though so a converter might be a good idea.

Me too Wally. I was at 77 before dinner last evening and a 89 today morning.

And I second that need for a temperature converter. Maybe, it shouldn't be clubbed with the BG converters, if that sounds like a good suggestion.

94 (5.2) this morning. 

We have snow on the ground this morning, the temperature is 29 deg F (-2 deg C).  I think the snow will melt before the day is over because the weather lady said our high is going to be 43 deg F.

87 (4.82) this morning.  Well, we are going to see a drop in temp. the next few days.  Overnight low was 28° (-2.2°C) and our high yesterday was 64° (17.8°C).  Cold front passing through today and a 60% chance of rain tomorrow with a slight chance of snow tomorrow night.  Then it is out of here and should be warming up.  They expect that down the hill in town temps during the day will be around 80° (26.7°C).

82 (4.54) this partly cloudy morning, 81 (4.49) at bedtime last night.

It got up to 48°F (8.88°C) today but temps are going back down to low 30's the next few days with night temps in the low 20's.  No Spring here yet.

We do have a temperature converter. Actually it was tested before the BG converters were built. We will get it installed at the bottom of the right panels. So you will not need to leave the Pub for these conversions.

80 last evening and 91 today morning. I've seen that with the same activity level and the same food on alternate evenings, the BG tends to very a few points (usually less than 10) just on the basis of time the fasting reading is taken. A little later and the BG goes up. I mean just 15 minutes makes a difference.

96 (5.32) this morning.  It's supposed to be a 70% chance of rain today and a chance of snow this evening.  Right now at 6:00 AM it is 43° (6.1°C) and mostly clear.   
Well, maybe it will get here later.
@Rocky, It's interesting how we are all the same and also all different.  For me my early fasting number is usually a bit higher, which I attribute to Dawn Phenomenon, and goes lower as time passes.  My before lunch number is often my lowest of the day.

90 this morning.  Today's temperature is 37 deg F (3 deg C) however it is cloudy and sure looks like rain.  Good day for indoor chores.
