Creamy cilantro avocado dressing

I found the recipe for this on eatingwell.com, and did just a couple slight variations.  My version is:

One medium avocado
3/4 cup packed fresh cilantro
(my version:  I substituted a couple squirts of fresh cilantro paste that I bought premade at the store, right next to the fresh ginger paste.  It comes in a plastic tube, like toothpaste sort of.  So I put about the amount that would cover two toothbrushes in)
1/2 cup full fat sour cream
two scallions, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp Truvia
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, quartered (I left this out of mine and still liked it quite a bit)

Put all ingredients in blender and blend.  Voila - done!

I made hamburgers tonight, placed mine on a bed of sauteed zucchini, topped it with melted cheese, some chopped tomato and some of this creamy dressing.  Oh yum!  And my BG loved it too.
