To all those who make this site work. A splendid job indeed.
I joined in May last year and in less than a year I am in control of my numbers, have cut down my medication to half, and have lost close to 35 lbs of excess weight.
This would not have been possible for me, had I not found this wonderful site.

Sorry to be late to the party but we had long road trip for medical appointments & just got back this evening.

Our Pub is such a unique site, being dedicated to the concept of LCHF for controlling blood sugar. We've become strong in this year, and now we need to grow bigger. Each of you is such a vital part of this group, and you all provide me with great inspiration.
