That is an advantage of living in the East. But, the disadvantage is that we grow older, one day earlier.

Thanks.  Wow, 75 orbits around the sun.  Who would have guessed ?  I can't remember who said it but the saying "If I knew my body would last this long I would have taken better care of it".  This was true before my Diabetes diagnosis but since then I really have tried to do what was better for me.  I don't think it is ever too late to improve your health.
I am celebrating with a Bacon wrapped filet mignon that is in the fridge just waiting to go on the grill.
