HIIT helps combat Diabetes

I believe that other studies also have shown the advantages of HIIT and that is great for people that can do it.  Others that have problems just can't even come close to HIIT.  I would love to try but in my present condition there is no way.  For those that have the ability though I think it is well worth trying.
