Censored word

Sometimes the nanny censor makes no sense. I was trying to describe how my new dog was f1tt1ng in nicely and it was stricken out.  Just doesn't make sense to me.  What is wrong with f1tt1ng ?  I had to use 1 for I to get it printed.

Weird. 'Fíttíng' (without the ASCII coding  ) definitely can't get past our defiant little nanny! We may need comments from our international members in case there's something from other cultures that we Yanks don't recognize. In any case, skb may have to manufacture an exemption of some sort for us!

I have no idea why "Fitt*" had been filtered out. If some permutations mean something bad, it is certainly not known in my vocabulary. But, I've deleted the whole darn thing. Fitting should be ok now.

Thanks SKB.  Probably won't come up very often but it did seem strange.

Yeah, the Censor acts strangely at times. I remember once, it wouldn't let me type "What the hell". Nothing wrong in the expression that we all use at times, but the censor did not agree.
