Yesterday, I never really managed to wake up and slept most all day. Can't do that today as I've a CAT scan at 8:30am. At least that'll be over with early so there'll be time for other things. Just have to fast completely after 5:30, so I'd best get my caffeine jolt early...

109 this morning.  I do know where that came from.  I made a pizza last night.  I use low carb crust so it's not too bad but it will raise my bg a bit.  I really don't think that is bad and it sure was good !   ~hgr~
My SIL is having thanksgiving dinner at her house this year and she and her daughter are doing all of the cooking.  It will be nice to just be a guest this year.   :D

My new phone came today, tomorrow I'm going up to town to have them activate it and get the things from the cloud. I am too scared to try to do it by myself.

156 this morning.

Only 26 here this morning headed to a high of 35; tomorrow is supposed to be our coldest Thanksgiving on record.

Doing all the cooking and shopping certainly changes your perspective on the matter. Like you Wally, I'm glad to have someone else doing it tomorrow.

Too cold to get up yet, so I'm having my breakfast in bed and will see about facing the chill a bit later...

Barb - Good Luck with your new phone and I hope you like it as much as the former phone.

It is 32 deg today with a high of 32.  Guess that is as good as it will be for today.  At least there is no white stuff.

90 this morning.  We were at 32° this morning also but heading for a 70° high later.  Now there is a 60% chance of rain tonight.  The fire areas are expecting rain also which will help as they both are still burning and not fully contained.  It's not expected to be enough to cause mudslides so hoping that is not a problem.
Barbara, be sure to take your old phone with you so they can make sure everything is transferred.  It's pretty hard to screw anything up but I don't blame you for wanting to have it done.  I really think you will like the new phone, I do like mine.

Well, I got my new phone set up, but it appears Stepz was a casualty. Got a new app, I have to figure out which to keep. Everything else seems fine. Offloading a lot of apps I know I will never use, like Garage band...

Not a great start for the day; I need a fresh insertion set, but will do it a bit later.

82 this morning.  We did get rain last night, .01 inch, so just enough to get the concrete wet.  They did get rain in the burn areas but thankfully no mud slides.

Well, my wife made a 20 lb. turkey for three people yesterday, so it'll be quite a few variations on that for awhile.

Looks like "Black Friday" specials around here have been hyped beyond reason, so a perfect day to stay out of stores, home and buried under electric blankets...
