109 this morning.

Wally, that's good to know. A guy down the road has something similar and also has been gettting the treatments you describe. His bad arthritis though has made it all worse with time so the effectiveness has become less for him.

Well, I'm up early again with low glucose alerts and a freezing house the result of having left a window open. I hate those alerts waking my wife so I got up to eat and stop them. With some luck I'll be able to get a bit more sleep before the mornings over.

90 this morning.  We made it to 89° yesterday.  A bit higher than the predicted 85° and it should be the same today.  It looks like it will be around the same for the rest of the month.
Yeah Tamagno, the treatments apparently don't have the same results for everyone.  I have been advised by my regular orthopedic Dr. and the surgeon that did my hip that I do not need knee replacement at this time so I am glad the treatments have had a positive effect.  My SIL has had both knees replaced and she is 5 years younger than me but she is quite a bit overweight.  I don't look forward to surgery and recovery as a fix.

138 this morning.

I think I slept better last night than I have in many months. I was so exhausted yesterday by dinner that I didn't think I had energy even to eat so by the time I went to bed, I didn't even read. Must've really needed it.

Where is everyone this morning? Guess I'm not the only one to sleep late!

I was wakened by thunderstorms moving through. They weren't very severe and seem to have passed now, but I'll prob'ly be up for awhile . . . always hard to fall back asleep after it's been interrupted. Darn it!  :(  It's only 4:40am here . . .

94 this morning.  You guys are posting when it is only 2:20 AM here so it is a while before I chime in.  I was thinking that we haven't heard anything from Grammabear an the last couple of days and she is usually a regular.  Hope all is OK with her.

98 this partly cloudy morning, 102 at bedtime last night.

Fell asleep in the recliner last night, rolled into bed just after 5AM, didn't get up until after 11AM. Totally fasting as I don't ever eat anything after 7PM.

Hope all is well with Grammabear.

I'll see if I can get hold of her . . .

rocky

I see her last message as of 16th and she was complaining about her knee pain. I hope all is well with her. I don't see any sign of ccd also.

How are my other friends. Hope everything is fine.

Please do, and I hope all is well.

I have seen Paulomi (ccd) online a couple of times, but she has not posted yet.

143 this morning.

Once I'm awake, I usually don't go back to sleep and only very rarely nap these days. I must say, though, that I've found having an adjustable bed to be great. Makes it so easy to read comfortably and sometimes just changing the angle of the bed soothes whatever's aching just then.

Grammabear, I hope all is well!

98 this morning.  The NWS days there is a slight chance of thunder storms here today but I think we will just get wind.  A bit cooler but still in the mid 80's.
It is a cause for worry when someone that usually posts regularly stops.  You don't have any idea why, so fear the worse.  I come to think of people I meet here as friends and hope the best for them.
