Can anyone suggest a website that has a nutritional calculator for calculating the nutritional content of homemade food?  I have found a few low carb recipes online that I would like to try, but they don't give the carb count on anything.  Thank you in advance.

This site is the best and should help you. There is a section "Analyse Recipe" where you can feed in all the ingredients with quantity and it will give you the nutritional content.

Yep - this is the one I use, and it will save your own choices in the amounts you commonly use, so you can find them in a flash. I have years of food data in mine.

I also use the USDA site :  https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/
Between the two you should find anything.  I keep track of my favorite foods in the Fitbit log and it is also available in the log for MyfitnessPal.  Once you enter a food item with the nutrient totals and make it a favorite it is there with just a click.  Makes keeping track of your macros easy.
