I have had quote items that have not been accepted too. It has something to do with the file type I think...

Right. The s/w recognizes usual types of images like jpg, jpeg, png etc. When you use Apple s/w to edit the pictures, make sure you save as one of these.

Though I see that the image that you have uploaded is "jpeg" extension, I think it is the MAC s/w doing something. I had downloaded your "3 cats in a box" picture and tried to edit and upload it. Same thing had happened. Some kind of encryption that clashes with this s/w. Could also be the size. There is a restriction on that too.
