It is a mystery to me too. Just like skb's Quotes sometimes showing up in the fasting thread. Kind of odd that there are different weird things happening, but it remains the same for each of us.

There is an acknowledged problem with the Attachments feature in SMF 2.1.4
Probably they will fix it. The thing that happens with me is exclusive to Admin accounts and the devs over at SMF must be scratching their heads. No answer for that yet.
