Yeah, I remember those days too! I remember even before that you could go to Simon's Gas (I think that was the name) and it was $.249/gal! It was one of those "cheapo gas" places that I'm pretty sure no longer exist.

No idea. They are working on an entirely new version SMF 3.0
However, improvements to the 2.0 family are also ongoing.
