Maybe, I don't know much about how to do that. The cat fur around the bird's head sure looks natural, but the bird's back is kind of questionable. But it does have sharp black edges to the wings on the front side so the back could be natural, but up by the cat's ear, it does look possible it is photoshopped. It is a cute picture anyway!
